Welcome to the Principal's Page.  I am the principal of Marathon High School and I am excited to have you reviewing our district and the high school web pages. Marathon High School has long prided itself on academic as well as athletic success.

 In the past few years MHS has seen many changes with the building referendum and construction projects.  With the addition of a wellness center, new gym, updated science, art, agri-sceince and technology education facilities,  as well as many energy efficiency updates MHS is a modern school building.

 With the physical structure changing I am proud to say that our infrastructure has been keeping up with the times as well. Our school has 5 computer labs and many classrooms with interactive smart boards.  Our staff is constantly reviewing best practice and incorporating the best in education research to enhance the learning environment.  We are extremely proud of our continued academic success; our 2007 National Blue Ribbon award, our 20 consecutive years making it to state in Academic Decathlon (with several state championships), our Mathletics (Math League team), and our consistently high WKCE and ACT test scores.
